After years of pairing freelancers with small businesses unofficially, Eloise realized that this could be a solution to small business survival and growth. By pairing talented, skilled and kind freelancers with small businesses, she is not only providing career-changing opportunities for freelancers but she is also providing an alternate solution to hiring a full time employee.
WHO IS AN AFFILIATE?
A professional who freelances full or part time OR a small agency who desires to support small businesses in their growth. Service areas could be in design, marketing, advertising, admin, or bookkeeping. Affiliates are vetted by .eloise. design co. to ensure they are consistent in quality of work, service, and strategy.

PORTFOLIO OF WORK
We will ask you to share samples of your work from pervious clients either through your website or private portfolio.
PROCESSES & SYSTEMS
We will ask you questions about your onboarding, project management, communication, and other processes to ensure you can lead clients.
PRICES & RATES
We will ask for your prices and rates to ensure they are appropriate for small businesses. We pair with larger businesses when the need arises but the majority of our focus is small business.
PROFESSIONALISM & CHARACTER
We will ask for references from other clients to ensure that you serve clients with respect, kindness, and professionalism.
No payment required to apply.
Pairing with our small business clients primarily in the South East and across the USA. We will pair you as many times as we have the need and you have the bandwidth.
WHAT WILL I GAIN AS AN AFFILIATE?
Access to the portal for trainings and courses
Monthly group coaching via Zoom once a month
Networking with other freelancers across the USA
WHAT DOES IT COST?
$12
Once you are an Affiliate Freelancer, you will register for our portal and be charged $12/month. You will gain access to the FreelanceWell portal with courses, trainings, and a database of other freelancers. You will also be able to join a group zoom coaching session once a month.
$25+
You will be invoiced a small fee per successful pairing with a small business. Fees can be $25-$250 per pairing and are based on project or contract value. You will only be introduced to the small business owner if both parties agree to meet virtually or in-person.

INTERVIEW
Once your application is reviewed, we will schedule a Zoom interview call with Eloise. At this time she may ask for 1-2 references from previous clients..

AUDIT
We will perform an audit of your 4 B's (brand, business, budget, bandwidth) to ensure you are ready to serve our clients. If we don't feel you are ready, we recommend you sign up for our FreelanceWell program.

PRESENT
You will schedule one more Zoom session with Eloise to present your best work. This provides Eloise with insight into your strengths and goals so she can pair you well.

JOIN
If we feel you are a good fit for our clients, you will officially be one of our affiliate freelancers!
